SYDNEY, Australia (AP) _ Oscar winner Nicole Kidman more than doubled her annual income in 2003, making her Australia's richest entertainer, a magazine reported Wednesday.

In its annual survey of the top 50 entertainers, Business Review Weekly said Kidman earned an estimated $18.6 million last year, catapulting her from eighth place to the top of the list.

Kidman, 36, won a best-actress Oscar in 2003 for her role in ``The Hours.'' Her films include ``Cold Mountain,'' ``Dogville,'' ``Moulin Rouge,'' ``Eyes Wide Shut'' and the upcoming ``The Stepford Wives.''

Her income in 2002 was reported at $8.63 million.

Kidman was closely followed by singer John Farnham, whose national tour last year _ 96 concerts attended by 460,000 people _ earned him $17.8 million.

In third place were rockers AC/DC, earning $14.9 million.

Children's entertainment group The Wiggles made $10.5 million, followed by film director Peter Weir with $7.4 million.
