An Arizona judge has ordered 13 people to testify in the state murder trial of Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols. The Mojave County residents are people who knew Nichols, Timothy McVeigh and Michael Fortier the prosecution’s star witness in Nichols and McVeigh’s federal trials. The judge had scheduled the hearing to determine whether any of the witnesses had good enough reasons to not testify.
