A man organizing a cockfight in southern Oklahoma says he's willing to go to jail if it gets the issue into federal court. Mike Turner helped plan a cockfight yesterday on American Indian land near Randlett. Cockfighting is outlawed in Oklahoma, but Turner says the ban shouldn't apply to tribal land.
