(Iowa City, Iowa-AP) -- A University of Iowa gymnast from Oklahoma faces child pornography charges.

Paul Summers of Broken Arrow is accused of downloading child porn in his dormitory last spring. He's charged with sexual exploitation of a minor.

Iowa City police say they found about 20 images showing a male minor either posing in the nude or simulating sex acts.

The 23-year-old Summers is a senior and was nationally ranked last year in floor exercises for Iowa.
