OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The person who robbed a bank here may be the same individual who has robbed banks in the past several months, authorities said.

A man wearing a mask or makeup walked into the UMB Bank about 12:40 p.m. Tuesday and pulled out a gun from a folder and demanded money, FBI Special Agent Gary Johnson said.

He left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money, headed east, Johnson said.

Investigators believe the same man robbed two Oklahoma City banks in December, two Tulsa banks in March and another Tulsa bank this month, he said.

``Serial robbers rob until they get caught,'' Johnson said. ``And that appears what we have here. We consider him armed and extremely dangerous.''

Johnson said the man wore fake teeth and a fake mustache. He also had on a brown sport coat and tan pants.

The robber is described as a heavyset white male in his late 40s to early 60s. He's about 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall, Johnson said.

Anyone with information on the robberies or anyone who saw a man wearing the disguise is asked to contact the FBI at (405) 290-7770. A $7,000 reward is available.
