Former US Congressman Wes Watkins has pleaded innocent to two charges of negligent homicide.

The charges stem from an accident last month, in which Watkins hit a Stillwater couple's vehicle and pushed it into oncoming traffic. Brian and Ardith Cullen were killed. Their two children were in the car, they suffered minor injuries.

The Cullenâ€™s relatives have filed a lawsuit against Watkins.
