Tonight a man is behind bars after shooting another man in the back. Fort Gibson police were called to a shooting on Strait Street about 6:30 this morning. They found 23-year old Joshua Frazier shot in the back at his home. The victim and witnesses told police the suspect was 25-year-old Jeff Risenhoover. Police say Frazier reportedly beat Risenhoover with a pipe before the shooting. Frazier is in a hospital with life threatening injuries from the shooting. Risenhoover turned himself in to authorities.
