A settlement is reached in a lawsuit involving a Tulsa student who left school during a security sweep. Trevor Birt's mother sued the district after her son was assigned to a boot-camp like alternative school for missing the sweep.
Ellen Stanley says she picked her son up early that day. Stanley's attorney says Trevor will be eligible to return to Booker T. Washington High School in ten days.
