Ingredients:

2 pounds large shrimp, washed, peeled and de-veined

1  Panera Bread sourdough baguette

Marinade/Sauce

½ cup butter, melted

¼ cup olive oil

Juice from ½ lemon

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce

¼ teaspoon red pepper

½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

½ to 1 cup chopped green onions

Directions:

Wash, peel and de-vein the shrimp.   Mix together the marinade/sauce ingredients.  Pour over shrimp and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.  Put shrimp and marinade/sauce in dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring once or twice.  The shrimp will be done when they have lost their translucence.  Do not over bake or the shrimp will toughen.

To serve, place shrimp in bowls and pour marinade/sauce evenly over shrimp.  Serve with sourdough bread slices for sopping up sauce.

Serves 4-6
