The person responsible for Tulsa's first homicide of 2008 is arrested. Federal marshals in Kansas, working on information from authorities in Oklahoma, located the suspect, 20-year-old Travis Wilson, in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Marshals set up surveillance on a house where there had been reports of Wilson staying. Just before 5 o'clock Thursday afternoon, they noticed activity inside that house. When they went inside, they found Travis Wilson sleeping on the floor.
