Guilty Plea In Animal Cruelty Case

There's a plea from an Oklahoma rancher accused of starving hundreds of sheep to death.

David Bell pleaded guilty in court on Wednesday.  He received a two year deferred sentence and 240 hours of community service.  He's also on probation and will not be allowed to own any sheep or cattle for two years.

Bell, who now lives in Texas, admitted to starving the animals in January 2007.  He originally blamed their deaths on an ice storm.
