A woman accused of killing 5 people in a hit-and-run accident in Tulsa last year is scheduled to be formally arraigned on the charges Monday.
Last week, a Tulsa County judge determined there is enough evidence to try Kimberly Graham for 5 counts of manslaughter. Graham's accused of hitting the victims near the Backyard Bar on south Memorial in November and then driving away.
Graham turned herself in to Tulsa Police the next day.
