Caught On Tape: Man Threatens With A Knife

Oklahoma City Police say a knife-wielding man began an altercation outside a convenience store Saturday night.

A News 9 photojournalist recorded the altercation on video tape outside the store on NW 16 Street in Oklahoma City. A store clerk and customers can be seen trying to prevent the man from entering the store.

The unidentified assailant lunged at the clerk with a fillet knife, police said. 

The store manager says he knew the man and was frightened by what could have happened.

"He come in and get drunk and he tried to fight with someone and I call the police one time already," said store manager John Vo.

No one was injured and the unidentified suspect was arrested.
