Roscoe Turner and David Patrick

Roscoe Turner and David Patrick are candidates for Tulsa City Council District 3.

Democrat Roscoe Turner, 75, is a retired City of Tulsa employee and the current office holder in District 3.  A life-long resident of the district, he is married with seven children.

Turner has served as Chairman of the Sequoyah Area Neighborhood Association, and as a member of the Board of Directors for both the Springdale Neighborhood Development Council and the Center for Racial Justice. He is also involved with the North Tulsa Neighborhood Alliance Economic Development Committee and the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce Vision program

David Patrick, an Independent candidate, is owner of Patrick's Auto Service Center.  He is a life-long resident of the district who is married with two children. 

Patrick has run for office in District 3 and as state representative.  He is active in the business community and has been self-employed in the district for 37 years.
