Crime Victims Can Track Offenders

Victims of crime have a new resource for tracking their attackers.  The Oklahoma Department of Corrections is now connected to the VINE Network.

That means Oklahomans have access to an inmate's status at any time.  They can find out if they've transferred to another prison, have been released or escaped.
