Tulsa Police arrest two people in connection with the city's latest homicide.  Natasha Sanders and Kyle Moore have been booked into the Tulsa County Jail on complaints of first degree murder.

A coroner's report indicates Kevin Jones died after sustaining blunt force trauma to his head and torso and multiple stab wounds to his back.

News On 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright reports Kevin Jones' sister says their family always worried something like this would happen to him, because he had such a giving heart.

April Jones snapped a picture of Kevin when he came over last Thursday night. That was the last time she would ever see him. She says he was always the person to make others laugh, always the one to offer a helping hand.

"He was always the giving type, a loving person. He would always extend himself to somebody who's been in his shoes, because he's been there," said April Jones.

Kevin showed up at April's house with two people, Natasha Sanders, who Kevin had let stay at his place and her boyfriend, Kyle Moore. Those two quickly became persons of interest when officers couldn't find them after Kevin was found stabbed to death inside his apartment.

A friend found him in the bathtub. Detectives think he'd been dead 12 hours. Good police work paid off and they located the pair, even though it wasn't easy.

"Most of these people we search for are, don't have a permanent residence, don't have things like you and I have, credit cards, even a cell phone, things that help us find people. This is like looking for a needle in a haystack," said TPD Sgt. Mike Huff.

April says Kevin was the baby of five children, from a family that grew up in Chicago. She says he never got over their mother's death and they always feared his desire to help those who were down and out, would lead to harm.

"We were always afraid somebody would take advantage of his good nature, our whole family was," said April Jones.

She says it's hard to understand why someone would kill a person so willing to help others.  April plans to take her brother's body back to Chicago for the funeral.
