A Tulsa group breaks ground on a new youth center. The Christian Ministers Alliance paid $70,000 dollars for property on the corner of Apache and Lewis.
Transforming the empty lot into a safe place for kids will cost millions more.
They're hoping local companies, churches, and average citizens will help with donations.
