Former Bouncer Found Not Guilty

TULSA, OK -- A jury has acquitted Jason Nicholson on three charges stemming from an incident in May. A police report said Nicholson punched a man outside a West Tulsa club.

Nicholson's now been cleared on all three charges, including threatening violence and assault and battery.

Another jury found Nicholson not guilty last year in the death of Scott Bolton. Bolton died after someone punched him in a downtown garage.
