Ingredients:
2 medium bananas, peeled, chunked and frozen
6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons sifted powdered sugar
2 cups low-fat milk (set milk in freezer 30 minutes before using)
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Preparation: In a blender, combine bananas, orange juice concentrate, and powdered sugar. Add milk and yogurt; blend until smooth and frothy.
Serve immediately
