Tulsa Man Ordered To Trial In Toddler's Death

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man accused in the death of a 20-month-old boy will stand trial.  A judge ruled on Tuesday that there is enough evidence against 35-year-old Larry Neeley. 

Neeley is charged with first degree murder in the death of Jason Hall.  Prosecutors say Neeley threw the toddler into a piece of furniture in August.

Neeley remains in the Tulsa County Jail on a $750,000 bond.  He goes back to court next week.
