TULSA, OK -- An Arctic cold front moved into Oklahoma late Sunday, bringing frigid temperatures across northeastern Oklahoma.

News On 6 meteorologist Alan Crone says highs across the region will remain in the lower 20's with a slight chase of light sleet and snow.

Sleet and freezing rain overnight caused minor accumulations on roadways, bridges, and overpasses.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation as well as city crews are treating slick roads early Monday across the area.

Crone says temperatures will remain well below freezing Monday and probably for the next 48 to 72 hours before a slight warming trend will occur Thursday and Friday.
