TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man is headed to prison after being convicted of raping a nursing home patient in 2001.
James Mack Jr., 33, was on trial for raping a woman who had Alzheimer's.
It took jurors about six hours to decide he was guilty.
Mack was sentenced to 35 years in prison and must serve nearly 30 before he is eligible for parole.
