15-Year-Old Detained For Questioning Following Bartlesville Stabbing

Around 3:25 p.m. on Monday, BPD was notified by a local Bartlesville hospital of a stab wound victim who had walked into their emergency room for treatment.

A 15-year-old has been detained for questioning following a stabbing on Monday, according to the Bartlesville Police Department.

Around 3:25 p.m. on Monday, BPD was notified by a local Bartlesville hospital of a stab wound victim who had walked into their emergency room for treatment.

Officers responded and confirmed that a 45-year-old man had been stabbed. They also located the crime scene in the 2100 block of S. Johnston Avenue.

Officers confirmed a 15-year-old boy was identified as the suspect and is detained for questioning.
