Tulsa Police and Tulsa County deputies say four people are dead after three different shootings over the weekend.

Deputies made an arrest in one of those shootings but the investigation continues in the other cases.

Investigators say resources are stretched thin with the busy weekend and homicide detectives with Tulsa Police are working around the clock.

Meanwhile, deputies already arrested a man in the homicide they investigated.

Officers say a family gathering in a home near Harvard and Apache turned into a shootout between 40-year-old Adam Balance and 16-year-old Tyrell Junior.

Police say a fight broke out and the two started shooting at each other.

Investigators say both died and three other people are still in the hospital. Detectives are still interviewing witnesses and piecing together what happened.

Police are also investigating a different shooting near 31st and Mingo.

Officers say 26-year-old Mikaleb Fitzgerald-White was offered $100 to drive two men to the nearby Arvest Bank, but those men shot and killed him.

Investigators say the two men are still on the run, and a passenger in the car told the driver not to give the guys a ride.

Officer Danny Bean / Tulsa Police Bean 5 "We always tell people to trust their guts, see these red flags and to trust what they feel and always go with that," Tulsa Police Officer Danny Bean said.

Police say the homicide detectives are busy working all of these scenes.

"Now you got four within a matter of hours, they're going to start getting their unit spread thin a little bit," Officer Bean said.

Tulsa County deputies arrested 38-year-old Thomas Knox after they say he shot and killed Paul Schultz outside of the Dollar General near Pine and Yale.

Investigators say the two got into a confrontation in the parking lot, and Knox pulled out a gun and shot him.

Deputies say Knox admitted to the shooting after surveillance cameras led them to his house.

"Not only did the store have it, but neighboring businesses had very good high-quality video that our detectives were able to use as an asset,"Officerr Bean said.
