There will be no exchanges or upgrades.

You must own your home to have the unit installed in your garage. If you do not own your home, you can designate another prize recipient on your behalf.
What could cost me additional dollars?
The only hard costs that you could encounter would be if your concrete does not meet the specifications needed for installation.
When will the unit be installed?
Jim Giles' Safe Rooms will work with you to have the unit installed no later than September 30, 2013.
How do I find out if my city or town requires a permit to install?
Jim Giles Certified Safe Rooms will be able to pinpoint your location and advise you on whether a permit is required or not.
What if my city or town requires a permit?
Jim Giles Certified Safe Rooms will let you know whether a permit is required in your area. If a permit is required News On 6 will reimburse you for the permit cost.

Do I need to have a concrete slab ready?
Yes, a concrete slab is needed for installation.
How can I know the concrete is the right depth?
Jim Giles Certified Safe Rooms will work with you to ensure that everything meets the specification requirements.
Can I give the shelter to someone else if I don't have a place to put it?
Yes! You can designate another prize recipient on your behalf.
Can I sell it if I can't keep it?
Unfortunately no, but you can designate someone to receive the shelter for you.
