Your 2 Cents: Okla. Co. Jail Trust Should Prepare To Explain Use Of CARES Act Funds
Kelly Ogle
Protesters who took over the jail trust meeting were emboldened, I believe, by violent protests in Seattle and Portland that have gone unchecked. At the same time though, their questions about using CARES ACT money for the problem plagued county jail are valid. Here's your 2 cents.
My 2 Cents: Okla. Co. Jail Trust Should Prepare To Explain Use Of CARES Act Funds
Kelly Ogle
Covering the new Oklahoma County jail trust meeting sounds like it might be a bit of a snooze-fest, but when protesters came in with shouts and signs it became super-charged. It's not final yet, but county leaders voted to pass $36 million the federal government gave the county to deal with the fallout of COVID-19 to the jail folks. Here's My 2 Cents.
Your 2 Cents: Big 12’s Decision Bodes Well For Football Fans
Kelly Ogle
I support the Big 12's decision to move forward with the football season. I said Tuesday night create a bubble around the teams like the NBA has and limit the "in stadium" crowd to 25% capacity, which OU announced Wednesday. Here's YOUR 2 cents.
My 2 Cents: Big 12's Decision Bodes Well For Football Fans
Kelly Ogle
By all appearances, we will have college football this fall. We, meaning OU, OSU and the rest of the Big 12 will be playing. Looks like the SEC-Alabama and the gang, and the ACC with Clemson et al are ready to strap it up. Here's My 2 Cents.
My 2 Cents: ‘Jumping The Shark’ As Some Call For Name Change Of Eskimo Joe's
Kelly Ogle
A petition from Change.Org is going around demanding that Stillwater's “Jumpin' Little Juke Joint" Eskimo Joes drop their iconic brand because it's racially insensitive. Here's My 2 Cents.
My 2 Cents: Concern Over Controversy Surrounding Monuments
Kelly Ogle
If you've watched my commentaries for long you know I'm a big admirer of the Land Run monument in Bricktown. Now a group of Native Americans calling itself the Society to Protect Indigenous Rights and Indigenous Treaties, or SPIRIT, is planning a "sit in" at the monument this weekend. Here's My 2 Cents.

Your 2 Cents: Coronavirus Vaccines Being Tested On Humans
Kelly Ogle
Moderna stock skyrocketed on word that they might be onto a vaccine for COVID-19, even though it's only been tested on 8 people. I said I'm not surprised with the world's greatest minds ganging up on the problem, but most of you said not so fast.

Your 2 Cents: Do You Plan To Go Out This Weekend For ‘Oklahoma’s Reopening?’
Kelly Ogle
With restaurants, more retail stores, movie theaters, churches and sports venues allowed to resume operations, this weekend feels like Oklahoma's reopening. Here's Your 2 Cents.

My 2 Cents: Optimistic About Coronavirus (COVID-19) Breakthroughs To Slow The Pandemic
News 9
I don't consider myself to be Pollyannaish, in fact, because I've been around here 30 years and have heard so many wild claims come and go, I'm considered one of the cynical voices in the newsroom. But I choose to be hopeful tonight. Not bury my head in t

Your 2 Cents: The Thinking Behind The State’s New Brand
News 9
I reported that the Lt. Governor came to News 9 to explain the thinking behind the new logo and branding for the state including the tag line, "Imagine that." He admitted they were surprised by the blowback from the public. Here's what you had to say: Con
