Bollaert was last seen Tuesday in Sand Springs, according to homicide detectives. Police say Bollaert's body was found in a plastic bag in the front yard of a home Wednesday afternoon.

Tulsa Police say the victim apparently hitchhiked to Oklahoma last month.

Anyone with information about Bollaert's activities and a person who was seen driving slowly past the house on Elwood just before the body was found on Wednesday to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.

The driver is described as a white man in his 40s or 50s with collar-length, brown hair and a scruffy beard.

Police say he was driving a 1970s-model beat-up Chevy pickup with no hubcaps.
