Burglary Suspect Arrested Leaving Tulsa Business

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police arrested a suspect they say returned to the scene of a burglary Sunday evening.

Police say they received a call at about 8:30 p.m. Sunday about a burglary inside Tulsa Spine Specialties in the 6800 block of South Olympia Avenue.

The caller told police officers someone had attempted to break into a pharmacy inside the business, but had left.

While police were responding to the scene, they say the suspect returned with additional tools, but again was not successful.

Tulsa Police say they arrested the man as he tried to leave.  They identified the suspect as 30-year-old Shaun Stahl,

Stahl was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of second-degree burglary.
