TULSA, OK -- A 20-year-old Tulsa man was taken into custody at a Tulsa Walmart early Monday morning after police say they found him inside one of the store's restrooms huffing fumes from a spray paint can.
Tulsa Police say an officer found Jerrod Greer in a restroom stall with a handgun on his lap shortly after 2:30 a.m. Monday.
After talking Greer into putting the handgun on the ground, the officer arrested Greer on complaints of resisting arrest, consuming an intoxicant in public and larceny from a retailer.
Tulsa Police Captain Brett Bailey says the handgun was later determined to be a pellet gun.
The Walmart store at 6625 South Memorial Drive was evacuated during the incident.
