EPA Fines Firm Over Osage County Spill

DALLAS, TX -- The Environmental Protection Agency an Oklahoma City firm for violating the federal Clean Water Act. 

The EPA says the $10,900 fine settles a Clean Water Act violation for a 6,500-gallon oil spill in Osage County on March 29, 2009.     

In a news release, the spill occurred in Hay Creek, a tributary to the Arkansas River in Osage County.
