7 oz marinated chicken breast - grilled or sauted
7 oz cooked ramen noodles
1 tbs chopped cilantro
1 oz Napa cabbage, chopped
½ oz shitake mushroom, sliced
12 oz spicy chicken broth
Garnish: 3 red onion rings, cilantro sprig, fresno chiles (sliced)
Cook ramen to desired doneness. Heat broth to a boil. Place drained ramen in a bowl, place raw shitakes and Napa cabbage in a bowl. Ladle broth over all, slice chicken breast on a bias. Garnish and serve immediately
