Northeastern State University Receives $1 Million Donation

TAHLEQUAH, OK -- Northeastern State University has received a record-setting gift. 

The school got its first $1 million private donation from Gregg Wadley and Dr. Betsy Brackett in honor of Wadley's mother who passed away four years ago. 

The money will create a reading clinic on the Tahlequah campus to help children overcome reading deficiencies and teachers learn how to work with them.
