Tulsa Police Arrest Suspected Walgreens Robber

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police detectives arrested William John Corbett, 31, on suspicion of two Walgreen pharmacy robberies. Corbett was arrested Wednesday near 1100 S. Garnett after a Crime Stoppers tip led police to the area.

The two robberies took place earlier in the month. On February 6th, the store located at 6415 E. Pine Street was robbed, and two days later, the pharmacy at 14th and Lewis was hit.

Corbett will be charged with two counts of armed robbery along with a Tulsa County misdemeanor warrant for obstruction, according to Tulsa Robbery Sergeant Dave Walker.
