MUSKOGEE, OK - A woman charged in last month's deadly shooting at Muskogee's Arrowhead Mall wants the DA's office disqualified from the case.

Tenesha Nunley's attorney says Muskogee County District Attorney Larry Moore has acted more like an investigator than a prosecutor and could be called to testify.

Moore says he's done nothing to be removed from the case.  Prosecutors say Nunley helped hide and feed one of the suspects in the April 10th shooting that killed Jerrod Reed, 17.

Nunley is in jail on a $100,000 bond.
