OSBI Lab Technician Fired for Contaminating Samples

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation fired a lab technician after numerous issues including sample contamination and mis-documentation.

Shelly Schultz worked at OSBI for 5 years.

Media reports say at least one murder trial has been delayed because of her termination.

But the OSBI saID it didn't use any of Shultz's faulty work during an investigation.
