BARTLESVILLE, OKLAHOMA -- A former Bartlesville restaurant owner is expected back in the state this week after he waived his rights during an extradition hearing in Florida Friday, August 27, 2010.

Robert Boyce, 49, faces several arson related charges in Washington County in connection with an August 2009 building fire in Bartlesville.

Boyce was arrested in Florida in late May and was being held in a county jail while he fought extradiction.

Boyce was the owner of a restaurant that was housed in the Mays Brothers building.

He faces charges of second degree arson, conspiracy and manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance and false claim for insurance.
