JOHNSTON COUNTY, Oklahoma -- A 3.3 magnitude earthquake was recorded in Johnston County early Saturday morning, according to the National Earthquake Information Center.
The earthquake happened at 6:17 a.m. about 2 miles northwest of Ravia and 6 miles northwest of Tishomingo.
No damage was reported from the small quake. Researchers said 2.5 to 3.0 magnitude quakes are typically the smallest felt by people.
