TULSA, Oklahoma -- It's probably no surprise, but the economy is Oklahoma's biggest obstacle and opportunity. That's what incoming Lieutenant Governor Todd Lamb had to say Wednesday at the annual State of the State Address.

Lamb gave the address in Tulsa Wednesday on behalf of Governor-Elect Mary Fallin, who's in Washington D.C.

Lamb told the Chamber of Commerce that growing Oklahoma's economy is key. He said Oklahomans can expect action from Fallin on workers comp reform, re-examining the tax structure and making sure more money gets into classrooms.

"She'll take the lead on visiting with state legislators, during the session also, regularly scheduled breakfasts to see how we push through this pro-growth economic agenda to make Oklahoma very vibrant, a prosperous state," Lamb said.

Lamb said Governor-Elect Fallin will also work with incoming Attorney General Scott Pruitt to fight government mandated healthcare.
