Another Earthquake Strikes Near Jones

JONES, Oklahoma – A 3.0 magnitude earthquake struck near Jones Tuesday afternoon.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the earthquake hit at about 12:30 p.m. about two miles southeast of Jones, five miles north of Choctaw and six miles northeast of Nicoma Park.

No injuries or damage was reported.
