Henryetta Public Schools canceled classes on Wednesday because of the water problem. Classes were also canceled for Thursday, but classes will resume Friday as normal.
Eldridge says about 10,000 customers were impacted by the boil order in both communities.
He suggests customers can still boil their drinking water if they want to, but it is not mandatory.
