Second Person Of Interest In Tulsa City Park Homicide Named

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police homicide detectives have identified a second person of interest in the murder of a Sand Springs woman in a Tulsa park on May 8, 2011.

Frankie Holliday, 21, is being sought in Kimberly Ragland's death.

Holliday is a black male, 5'11 and 170 pounds.

Last week, police said they were also seeking another person of interest, 24-year-old James Darton. He is still being sought.

Kimberly Ragland is the city of Tulsa's 18th homicide victim of the year.
