MILWAUKEE -- Oklahoma City opened 2010 on a sour note losing 103-97 to the Milwaukee Bucks in overtime. The Thunder is 0-2 this season in the extra period. Milwaukee snapped its four-game losing streak.
Luc Richard Mbah a Moute made one of two free throws with 14.6 seconds left in the extra period to give Milwaukee a 101-97 lead.
The Thunder trailed by as much as 12 points in the first quarter, but ended the first half on a 10-4 run to take a one point lead at halftime.
Kevin Durant had 31 points setting a new franchise-record with seven straight games of 30 or more points. Russell Westbrook was the only other Thunder player in double-figures with 17 points to go along with 13 assists.
Oklahoma City came out firing in the third quarter taking a 60-50 lead. However, the Bucks battled back and the two traded leads in the fourth quarter.
Andrew Bogut finished with 23 points and 15 rebounds. Michael Redd had six of his 27 points in the extra frame.
