AFCA Names Blackmon, Hunter to All-American Team

Oklahoma State’s Justin Blackmon and Kendall Hunter were named to the All-American team by the American Football Coaches Association.

STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- The honors continue for two of No. 14 Oklahoma State’s standouts, as wide receiver Justin Blackmon and running back Kendall Hunter earned All-American honors by the American Football Coaches Association.

The list, which has selected the best in offense, defense and special teams since 1945, is comprised of players from all five divisions and is drafted by coaches.

Blackmon continues to lead the nation in receiving yards, averaging over 150 yards per game. He’s racked up 20 touchdowns so far.

Hunter averages 5.8 rushing yards per carry, 126.3 rushing yards per game and has 16 touchdowns on the season.
