TULSA, Oklahoma -- The Tulsa Zoo is hosting Rhino Awareness Day Saturday, May 28, 2011.

While they appear mean, rhinos are actually peaceful, plant-eaters. They're also an endangered species.

As part of Rhino Awareness Day, you can get up close to the zoo's white rhinos, Buzbie and Jeannie, learn about all five species, and how you can help save these gentle giants.

Rhino Awareness Day is Saturday, from 11:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m at the Tulsa Zoo.
