Two Arrested In Meth Lab Bust At Owasso Home

OWASSO, Oklahoma – Two Owasso residents were arrested over the weekend for manufacturing meth, the Rogers County Sheriff's Office said.

Todd Jacob McCutchin and Soemoe Hill were arrested at a home near 85th Street North and 161st East Avenue.

The Rogers County Sheriff's Office said it began investigating the home after garbage collectors found remains of a meth lab inside a trash bag last month.

Deputies set up surveillance at the home and found two shake and bake meth labs also disposed of in a trash bag.

Deputies served a search warrant at the home over the weekend and found 30 reaction vessels, 12 ACL gas generators, methamphetamine and paraphernalia, along with surveillance equipment used to monitor the outside of the home.

Hill was booked into the Rogers County jail on four complaint including manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

McCutchin was booked on four complaints including possession of a controlled dangerous substance after former conviction of a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia.
