TULSA, Oklahoma -- Demolition begins Thursday morning on a building at 2nd and Cheyenne in downtown Tulsa to make way for the new One Place Tower.

One Place Tower will be the first new office building in downtown area since the One Technology Centre built near a decade ago.

Demolition will be phased out into three sections over the next few days.

The new One Place Tower will feature restaurants and shopping right next door to the BOK Center.

The development will feature a new 18-story office tower and it will have approximately 330,000 square feet of office space which is already 100 percent leased.
