TULSA, Oklahoma -- Fans were evacuated from the stadium at Tulsa University to wait out a heavy thunderstorm which delayed the start of the Tulsa-Oklahoma State game Saturday night.
Scattered thunderstorms are expected throughout the day Sunday. The best chance of severe thunderstorms will be in the afternoon and early evening hours with the biggest threat being large hail and damaging winds.

Fans left their seats and took refuge inside the stadium facility as storms bearing high winds and lightning approached.
The start of the game was delayed from 9 p.m. until 12:17 a.m. After the three-hour weather delay, Oklahoma State dominated from the get-go in a 59-33 win at H.A. Chapman Stadium in Tulsa.
