MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -- The day his trial was to start in Muskogee County, an Oklahoma City man charged with the Use Of Electronic Or Video Equipment To Clandestinely Procure/Make/Prepare Material For A Prurient Or Lascivious Purpose, entered a plea of guilty.

After entering the plea, Roger Logan, 57, a former Department of Public Safety tech was given a 5-year suspended prison sentence Wednesday morning.

Court records say Logan confessed to placing the camera in the restroom at the Department of Public Safety office in Muskogee as well as four other locations around Oklahoma.

A customer at the driver license office found the camera under a sink in the restroom on June 30, 2010. It was hidden in a wadded up paper sack on the floor next to a trash can. She alerted an employee who then removed the camera from the restroom.
