Occupy Tulsa Says Lawsuit Against City By Friday

Occupy Tulsa protestors held a news conference Thursday morning to talk about the lawsuit they plan on filing against the city.

The group claims police used excessive force when they pepper-sprayed protestors on November 2, 2011. 

Occupiers also claim Tulsa Police didn't return their personal belongings.

They're asking for monetary compensation, but haven't specified how much.

They expect to file the lawsuit by the end of the week.
