One of Oklahoma's own holiday icons puts on its holiday best. Miami's "Coleman Theatre" is decked out in bows, lights, garlands -- and a new historical marker.
Once the home of vaudeville, the 80-year-old Coleman still entertains folks with her mighty Wurlitzer pipe organ.
It's a popular stop for Christmas photos. The theatre still shows movies too and has a screening of "It's A Wonderful Life" later this month.

"It's the heart and soul of the community," said Barbara Smith, executive director of the Coleman Theater. "First date, first kiss, marriage proposal. It's so important to so many people, but it needs to be important to the next generation as well."
A new sign outside highlights the Coleman's impressive history and will help attract passersby who may want a peek inside.
